专利说明:
one The invention relates to the field of transport engineering and concerns auxiliary equipment. vehicles, in particular windshield wipers. . Vehicle windshield wipers are known, having a leash, provided with recesses and protrusions for attaching the scratch ll. However, such an implementation is complex and does not have the necessary reliability. The closest technical solution to this invention is a windshield wiper containing a lead, carrying a brush holder connected to it at a free end, and an elastic scraper 2 secured in the brush holder. In the described construction, there is another spring lead and bracket. The disadvantage of this wiper is its structural and technological complexity, as well as the increased installation time. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the production technology of the wiper. For this purpose, the brush holder is made of parallel-arranged arms with a height decreasing from the middle part to the edges, connected by a meiad with evenly spaced jumpers and having in the lower part protrusions for fixing the scraper. The brush holder and clamp are made of injection molded plastic. . Handles of the brush holder are crescent-shaped at the side. FIG. 1 image and half of the wiper blade holder, bottom view; in fig. 2 - the same, verti-, 5 pit cut; in fig. 3 - half of the brush holder, the plan; in fig. 4 is a cross section A-A in FIG. 2, in FIG. 5 is a section BB in FIG. 2, in FIG. 6 - leash wiper, 0 cross section along the middle plane; in fig. 7 is a sectional view BB in FIG. b; - in FIG. 8 - section GG in FIG. 6; in fig. 9 - option. Leash performance plan; in fig. 10 -: elastika scraper wiper, cross section; on. 11 - wiper elastic scraper, cross section. The windshield wiper of the vehicle contains a brush holder 1 with a wiper 2 mounted in a non-elastic scraper 2 mounted on the free end of the driver 3 connected to the windscreen wiper lever (not shown). The brush holder 1 (Fig. 1-5) consists of two parallelly arranged HU5 handles 4.1 and 4.2, with a cross section height that decreases from the middle part to the edges, which ensures a uniform pressure of the scraper on the windscreen. The slot in the memed arch has a constant width and serves to accommodate the scraper 2. The arms 4.1 and 4.2 are crescent-shaped at the side with a constant radius of curvature and are interconnected by evenly spaced jumpers 5. Each bow has in the lower part of the inner side protrusions 6, about the pair-wise gap of constant width for fixing the back face of the scraper 2. The projections 6 along the brush holder have right angle windows 7, the width of which corresponds to the width of the gap 6. in the middle part of the arms, on the side faces of the brush holder Two coaxial trunnions 8 are formed, which form the clamp of the joint of the brush holder with the lead 3 The brush holder is made of plastic mass, mainly polycarbonate, by injection molding. Its elements are shaped, allowing for one to carry out the manufacture of a single operation using a relatively simple mold. The most widespread is the manufacture of a brush holder made of black plastic, it is also possible to use other colors, as well as metallization of its surface. Lead 3 (Fig. 6-8) can also be made of plastic, mainly black polycarbonate, by injection molding. For mounting on a windscreen wiper arm with a curved end, the leash has two flanges 9 interconnected in the zone of their upper ends by jumpers 10 and 11. On jumper 11, an elastic tongue 12 is provided, directed several millimeters towards jumper 10 and ending with a lug 13. Flap 12 made elastic in order to further the introduction of the curved end of the drive lever of the wiper between the protrusion 13 and the jumper 10 and the subsequent installation of the protrusion 13 in the slot end of the lever to provide a simple and durable connection ix drive arm with the carrier 1. The flanges 9 each have a hole for engagement with pins s brush box. The leash is manually placed on the middle part of the brush holder. Due to its elasticity and the presence of beveled surfaces 10 located below the holes and, the trunnions 8 can slide along the flanges 9 to align with the holes 6. In the embodiment of the driver 3 for the straight wiper arm (Fig. 9-10) the leash is made with two flanges 9 ,. having apertures 6 for engagement with the pins 8 and a lever, 14. The flanges are connected to this lever and to the bridge 15 to form a window 16. The lever 14 has an axial recess 1, of rectangular cross section, designed to install the wiper arm in the upper wall above the recess, a hole is made to mate with the protrusion at the end of the arm lever to which the driver 3, hingedly attached to the brush holder 1, is connected through a pair of holes. fc in the flanges 9. In both embodiments, the driver can be equipped with a concave plate 17 of plastic made with it for one and having at the Loe storoye facing the windshield, convex shape. When using a wiper with high speeds (150 km / h or more), the profile of the plate creates a force directed perpendicular to the surface of the windscreen and increasing the pressure of the scraper to the glass. The location of the plate and its dimensions are selected from the conditions for providing the required glass cleaning without reducing visibility. This is also facilitated by the presence of a window 16 in the shape of a lead according to FIG. 9-10 for the passage of air. The leash allows for lifting the drive lever, for example for wiping the windshield, the rotation of the brush holder at a slight angle (20-22 °) relative to the drive lever. After the last one is installed on the glass, the wiper is set to 1 on it the initial position. The profile of the elastic scraper 2 in cross section has a figured shape (Fig. 11). The protrusion 18 of the scraper contacts the windshield. On. The scraper opposite to this protrusion has a thickened head 19, which enters the slot of the brush holder and is adjacent to its protrusions 6. Two edges 20.1 and 20.2 perpendicular to the middle plane of the scraper and adjacent to the bottom sides of the projections 6 of the brush holder are separated by recesses. Under these protrusions are located two triangular ribs 21.1 and 21.2 of the scraper, limiting its deformation when resting on one or the other edge 20.1 and 20.2, depending on the direction of movement of the windscreen wiper. The scraper 2 is mounted in the brush holder 1 by inserting the head 19 into the slot through one of the extreme windows and the subsequent displacement of the scraper, while the projections 6 enter the notches C. The ends of the scraper are adjacent to the extreme jumpers of the brush holder, ensuring a reliable fixation of the wiper elements. The scraper is made by molding pbd with pressure in one form or by pressing in the form of a double profile (see dashed lines in fig. 11). The profile is then subjected to additional processing in order to allow the scraper to slide along an almost dry windshield. Additional processing may be introduced for the protrusion 18. It is advisable that the outer and inner contours of the handles of the half of the brush holder at least approximately correspond to one arc of circles of one radius, the centers of which are displaced one relative to another. Through empirical measurements, it was found that the center of the forming corresponds to an arc of a circle with a radius of 900-1300 mm, preferably 1000-1100 mm. It is established that the height of the brush holders should be directly proportional to the angle formed by the radius between said center of the inner contour and the end of the bow on one side and the radius directed from this position to the center of the bow. Due to this, an optimal distribution of elasticity can be achieved and, thus, the scraper can rest against windscreens of different curvature. It is preferable not only to manufacture a plastic brush holder with a constant elasticity, approximately corresponding to the elasticity of polycarbonate, but also from weather-resistant plastic. The proper resilience of the material is of particular importance because the brush holder can be used for various glasses only when, with the pressing forces of the windscreen wiper arm, a uniform cleaning is guaranteed from the center to the edges of the scraper. It turned out that the height of the arms at the ends of the scraper should be 1.62, 5 mm, preferably 1.9-2.3 mm. Thinner ends do not provide sufficient strength, and more thickened ones make it difficult to fit to strongly curved windshields. On the contrary, the height of the handle in the middle of the window wiper is of the order of 4.0-8.0 mm, preferably 4.56, 5 mm, and the ratio between the length of the glass cleaner and the height of the handle in its middle is more than 60. For example,. for commonly used windscreen wipers 290, 340, and 390 mm long with a handle thickness in the middle, with a ratio of less than 60, is not guaranteed windshield wiper strength is sufficient for twisting. For the same reason, as the length of the glass cleaner increases, the height of reabs increases: 1 point from its ends to the middle and / or the distance to them decreases. Thickening of the bridges. Amplification at the ends of the glass cleaner, on the contrary, would reduce the possibility of its adaptation to the curvature of the glass. Since the jumpers are at As locally as the elasticity of the brush holder and, consequently, of the windscreen wiper is reduced, they must be located at least 20 to 50 mm apart from each other, mainly from a distance of 35-40 mm; if the interval exceeds 50 mm, this results in insufficient resistance to twisting. It has been established that for commonly used 0 body lengths of wipers the difference between the height of the handles and the height of the jumpers in the middle of the wipers should be 3.0-3.5 mm, preferably 3.2-3.3 mm, even her. whether the height of the jumpers at the ends of the glass5 cleaner is mainly constant and depends more on the selected material than on the length of the wiper .. .. It should also be noted that the described construction is most rational in manufacturing, if you interrupt the projections of the brush holder perpendicular to the bridges located in the middle so that the gap between the projections is interrupted by the windows 5 larger widths, located mainly under the bridges, and the outermost windows should be longer than the rest to enter the scraper into the gap between the arms and its displacement 0 on the ledges. The design of the wiper, in comparison with the known, allows to reduce the technological costs, improves the fit to the windshield, is durable and just has a small weight, which is significant in calculating the wiper drive levers, insensitive to low and high temperatures (and) chemically resistant 0 air components, aesthetic and effective in operation.
